Dae & Nite Staffing Solutions Ltd was incorporated in 2019. Perfect timing as Covid visited us all soon after and we all went into lockdown. Thankfully, we had a handful of clients that we were serving.

We are passionate about caring for our clients and staff, without whom we have no business. Our mantra remains “Our business is to mind yours”. We are committed to constantly offer the highest level of service delivery. We have built an enviable reputation with both clients and staff alike, by providing outstanding service across a wide spectrum within the Health Sector.

Our well-trained staff benefit from our partnership with a leading training company with 30 years experience in the Care Sector. Staff can access theory training through the provision of a link to do online training, and they then attend mandatory practical courses that include Manual Handling, First Aid/Basic Life Support, Administration of Medication and Fire Safety, to name but a few.

We also have another partnership that allows new recruits to go and cover shadow shifts within a care setting, before we deploy them on assignments. Clients and staff testimonials are evidence to this achievement. This was made possible by working in partnership with our clients and associates.

The concept of management treating its staff as clients, has bolstered the team spirit, and this works well for staff retention and by extension, the care and respect is extended to our clients.
